2. Products and Pricing

• All products are 100% authentic and sourced from authorized distributors
• Prices are listed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes
• We reserve the right to modify prices without prior notice
• Product availability is subject to stock levels

3. Orders and Payment

• Orders are confirmed upon successful payment or COD confirmation
• We accept bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Credit/Debit cards, and Cash on Delivery
• We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock issues
• You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information

4. Shipping and Delivery

• Free shipping on orders over BDT 2,000
• Delivery times: Inside Dhaka 1-2 days, Outside Dhaka 2-4 days
• Shipping charges: BDT 80 inside Dhaka, BDT 120 outside Dhaka
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery

5. Returns and Refunds

• Returns accepted within 7 days for unopened products
• Opened skincare products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
• Damaged or defective products will be replaced or refunded
• Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days

6. User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• We reserve the right to suspend accounts for violations
• One account per person; multiple accounts may be terminated

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of Iris and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability
